At POV Beauty, we want you to love your reflection and your routine. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging and include all components; then, securely pack them using the provided pre-paid shipping label.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your original payment method will be credited within 5-7 business days, minus any original shipping costs.
